How do I apply?

We accept applications online only. The easiest way to apply is by clicking our “Currently Unit Availability” tab. To narrow down your SEARCH results, please use the “filter” option located on the available unit’s page.

Do you allow smoking on Premises?

All of our properties are SMOKE-FREE buildings. Smoking is not allowed within 30 feet of Apartments/Units.

What is your Pet Policy?

Select properties allow pets, not all. We have a $250 deposit per pet and a $40 per pet monthly fee. Tenants are allowed two pets per unit. Must be under 35 lbs. Aggressive breeds are not permitted.

What is the limit of people that can be living in one room?

The fire code permits 2 people per bedroom.

Do you require Renter’s Insurance?

YES, all of our properties require Renter’s Insurance.

How long does the processing of an application usually take?

The typical time it takes to process an application is 3-7 days. This can vary depending on the circumstances at play. 

Do you offer short-term rentals?

Yes, we offer short-term rentals. Availability varies by property. Short-term rentals have a minimum of 3 months and cost an additional 25% of the market rent.

Do you accept Section 8 and other forms of rental assistance?

Patriot properties accepts all forms of assistance to help you get into your new rental.

What are the main criteria you consider when receiving an application?

A) INCOME MUST BE 3X RENT AMOUNT

C) CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK.

D) TENANT HISTORY

How long is my application valid?

Applications are valid for 30 days only. If you do not sign a lease within that amount of time, you will need to fill out a new application, as we CANNOT hold/reserve units.

What are your requirements for non-citizen applicants?

A) Photo ID*

B) Pay stubs for the last 2 pay periods

C) Social Security Card

D) Green Card OR EAD (Employment Authorization Document)*
